Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and messages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
