Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is looking for a dedicated and approachable Office Boy to become a vital part of our Administration department. This full-time role will report directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
- Support administrative staff in their daily duties.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: Matric/FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Salary: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: In-person.
