Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls related to billing inquiries and service issues.
- Assist customers with billing discrepancies, payments, and account charges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex matters as required.
- Provide customers with information about products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
