Job Description
IFlogics Communication is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive full-cycle recruiting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and post job listings across various platforms.
- Leverage databases and social media to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Effectively onboard new employees.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment.
- Outstanding communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month and requires working from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.
