Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist all visitors.
- Professionally answer and redirect phone calls.
- Organize and manage incoming mail and packages.
- Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide support with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Recent graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
