Are you skilled in English communication? Sourcecode Software House is looking for dedicated Customer Support Representatives to become part of our vibrant team!
Location: PECHS Block 3, Tariq Road
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM & 9 PM to 6 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain precise customer records.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex issues.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, prior customer service experience, and the ability to multitask.
