Fun City is searching for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to enhance our customers’ experiences. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clientele and Fun City, showcasing our offerings and promptly addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include utilizing CRM software to manage leads, reporting weekly sales objectives to the Centre Manager, and maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. A courteous and friendly demeanor is essential to excel in this position.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales. Key skills required include knowledge of SEO, proficiency in media editing software, and strong communication abilities.
