Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is in search of a passionate and proactive Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to represent our esteemed brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues and deliver effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promote and suggest additional salon services to clients.
- Keep accurate records and follow up with customers efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience of at least 2 years in tele-sales or call center roles.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
