Job Description
Bachaa Party is looking for a committed Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring individual performance, and overseeing the sales team’s activities. You’ll also coordinate with the marketing department for lead generation and provide ongoing training and motivation to team members.
We welcome applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong sales strategies, excellent customer relationship management skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, based in Gujranwala.
