Job Description
PrimeHR is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee a large team of daily wage laborers at our Jaranwala site in Faisalabad. The successful candidate should have access to a backup pool of over 150 workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a workforce of 150+ daily wage employees.
- Manage timely distribution of cash wages.
- Maintain accurate attendance and wage records.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Candidates local to Jaranwala/Faisalabad are preferred.
