Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Entry Officer to assist our developers’ accounts with automated data processing tasks. This crucial role involves managing substantial data imports, validations, and database entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize vendor payments and recordkeeping
- Monitor project expenses and financial transactions
- Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage payroll for on-site personnel
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with experience in construction accounting, is required.
