Job Description

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

Employment Type: Full-time

ZUE Pvt Ltd is actively looking for an Outbound Specialist to engage with dermatology patients for follow-up care. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to schedule appointments, gathering and clarifying patient histories, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements: Candidates should possess 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. Comfort with U.S. shift hours is essential.
