Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop sales plans and quotas aligned with our business goals at Goldengirl Cosmetics. Support Store Managers, evaluate performances, report regional sales, forecast profits, and train new salespeople. Involve in budget preparation, market analysis, and expansion decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree.

Experience: 18+ years total, with 5 years in an RSM role.
