Job Description
The Uplift Team is on the lookout for a skilled Lead Project Manager to spearhead the design, deployment, and governance of HR systems. Our goal is to ensure that our multi-project operations are efficient, transparent, and compliant with existing regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
- Manage HRIS workflows, such as those in Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Work alongside project managers to synchronize staffing plans.
- Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain precise records of headcount, payroll, and time tracking.
- Deliver weekly dashboards highlighting HR metrics.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting from Rs85,00.00/month.
