Job Summary: The Patient Billing Support Representative provides exceptional support to patients regarding billing inquiries, insurance claims, payment plans, and account balances. This role resolves patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries about billing.
- Explain charges, payments, and account balances.
- Assist in setting up payment plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Document patient interactions accurately.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month
