Job Description
Union HR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager of Training and Development to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual training plans that align with our business goals and compliance standards.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing tailored training programs for the oil & gas sector, overseeing onboarding for new hires, and tracking training KPIs.
We require candidates with a BBA/MBA or relevant degree, 6–8 years of experience in Training & Development, and proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
