Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability. The position also involves collaborating with internal departments and performing data entry across various platforms.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 2-3 years of experience. Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Please note that we are only accepting applications from female candidates.
