Job Description
Location: Alpine Marine Services, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Department: Shipping/Port Documentation
Job Description: We are seeking a Shipping Documentation Handler to oversee the management of vessel-related documentation processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with port and shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage import/export shipping documentation
- Coordinate with shipping agents
- Maintain accurate records for vessel arrivals and dispatches
- Ensure timely document dispatch to clients and port officials
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience in port/shipping documentation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
