Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager with extensive experience in the Apparel Industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as managing the payroll and performance of existing staff. Compliance with government regulations, including EOBI, PESSI, Labor Department, Health & Safety, and Environment Department, is essential.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess 7+ years of HR management experience in a garment factory, along with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Strong administrative and communication skills are required.

Pay: Starting from Rs100,00.00 per month
