Job Description
Truck It In is looking for a dedicated Live Ops Associate to join our team. This role involves providing real-time operational support, coordinating our rider fleet, and generating daily reports. Candidates must possess strong operational skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to ensure a seamless order flow.
- Coordinate effectively with riders and customers.
- Manage the availability and shifts of the rider fleet.
