Job Description

Kausar Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Peshawar and part of the innovative HiTech Machinery group, is expanding within the plastic manufacturing sector. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Manager who is committed to upholding quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with factory leadership to drive cultural transformation, oversee onboarding processes, address employee grievances, implement performance evaluations, and foster a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 10 to 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
