We invite you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on the day shift. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring systems, managing digital dashboards, and tracking real-time updates. Regular communication with our U.S.-based teams via chat and reporting tools is essential, along with reporting any noted irregularities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or monitoring will be an advantage.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
