Job Description
We are a leading BPO Call Center seeking a dedicated Performance Manager (HR) to join our team and support our expansion efforts. This position is for the night shift, as our clients and customers are located in the United States.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in managing HR functions within a BPO or Software House environment. Proficiency in English communication is essential.
Strong social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn is a requirement. Responsibilities will include recruitment, developing and implementing company policies, and payroll management.
