Job Description

Mathmakesmart (MMS) is seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to enhance our Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members, playing a key part in attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various platforms, conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, drafting job advertisements, maintaining candidate records, managing job offers, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred: HR certification and familiarity with labor laws.
