Job Description
We invite you to become a Call Transfer Agent at Primemax Digital! In this role, you will be responsible for connecting incoming calls to our specialized consultants across the Website, Mobile App, and Marketing departments, serving clients in the USA.
Location: Karachi
Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Qualifications:
- Age: 15–20 years
- Education: O-A Levels
- Prior call center experience is preferred
- Proficient in spoken English
- Demonstrated confidence on calls
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance incentives
