Job Description
We invite you to be a key player at Mclean Intelligent Workforce as an Inside Sales Manager! In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor, and energize our inside sales team, while developing strategies to achieve company objectives. You will closely monitor sales performance, optimize communication scripts, and analyze data to drive growth. Collaboration with the marketing department is essential to ensure effective CRM usage.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business and bring a minimum of 4 years of inside sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required.
