Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is actively looking for a well-presented, confident, and efficient Female Front Desk Officer to represent our organization. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in upholding our professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming calls with expertise
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate appointment schedules
- Handle correspondence and emails effectively
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills are essential
