Job Description

Matacs Technologies Inc is looking for a dedicated and professional Client Support & Operations Associate to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound client calls, managing communications, assisting with meeting scheduling, and meticulously maintaining logs of client interactions. Collaborating effectively with internal teams is crucial for addressing and resolving client concerns.

Qualified candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in client support or customer service, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Additionally, the ability and willingness to travel locally for client support are required.
