Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with accurate information.
- Process customer orders, ensuring all details are verified and payments handled efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with necessary information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, including performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 6 months of customer service experience.
