Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
– Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional service
– Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
– Manage inventory, supplies, and control costs
– Address customer feedback and resolve any issues
– Create staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage
– Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance targets
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
– Minimum 3 years of experience in fast food or restaurant management
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
