Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for managing calls, verifying insurance details, assisting with equipment orders, and providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: You will verify insurance eligibility, educate patients about DME, coordinate with healthcare providers, and handle sensitive information with care.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or DME customer service role, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month | Location: In-person
