Job Description
AAW is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to assist students in achieving high band scores. This position features a performance-based compensation model, granting you 50% of the net profit after expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging instruction for Academic and General Training modules; lead classes focused on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills. Develop customized practice materials and conduct regular assessments of student progress.
Eligibility Criteria: A BS or MA in English Language or a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IELTS preparation. Exceptional English proficiency is required; training certification is advantageous.
