Job Description
Fatima Memorial Hospital in Lahore is looking for a dedicated Purchase Officer. Qualified candidates should possess a postgraduate degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of medicines and surgical supplies.
- Support the Purchase Manager.
- Conduct price evaluations and obtain approvals.
- Facilitate communication between the purchasing team and management.
- Maintain accurate records in the purchasing section.
- Gather quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analysis of quotations.
- Issue purchase orders as needed.
- Oversee departmental operations in the Manager’s absence.
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
