Job Description
Eastern Scientific Corporation (Pvt) Limited is on the lookout for a highly qualified General Manager of Laboratory to lead our laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, ensuring quality assurance, managing procurement processes, and addressing customer complaints. Additionally, this role will involve strategic planning for hiring and overseeing the training and development of our laboratory team.
The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience in laboratory operations, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or senior management position. A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning is crucial for this position.
