Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is looking for a committed Virtual Assistant for our USA-based campaign. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and active listening skills, experience with Shopify and online retail, and preferably prior call center experience. A proficiency in Excel, basic knowledge of editing tools like Canva, and the ability to draft emails and templates are essential. Additionally, you must be prepared for rotational shifts on a weekly basis.
Benefits include: a competitive salary package, travel allowance, and two days off each week.
