Job Description
HCM International is actively seeking a dedicated Officer to join our People Services department in Islamabad. This pivotal role requires substantial expertise in onboarding and offboarding management, team supervision, and continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for designing and refining workflows, leading the People Services team, and enhancing HR processes through effective digital transformation.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
