Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
We are currently looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance to our customers. Your role will focus on providing timely and effective support for telecom-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot telecom-related issues.
- Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a 3-year diploma in relevant fields.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
- Age limit: 32 to 35 years, male applicants only.
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
