Virtoxed is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative who specializes in converting insurance leads over the phone. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, addressing objections, and transforming warm leads into satisfied clients. This role requires a proactive approach; it is not merely about adhering to a script.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with pre-qualified insurance leads
- Engage in authentic, meaningful conversations
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Handle objections with professionalism
- Close leads or refer them to licensed agents
