Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred
- B.Tech (Hons)
Experience:
Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve complaints related to CSMs and ATMs within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Install ATMs and CSMs effectively.
- Conduct precise troubleshooting techniques for technical issues.
- Provide root cause analysis for all assigned tasks.
- Generate analytical reports and documentation for the Line Manager.
- Ensure 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, and G&D systems.
