Job Description
Tekboox, a prominent IT company based in the United States, is urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional healthcare customer support.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and their plans.
- Manage patient scheduling for U.S. healthcare professionals.
- Utilize knowledge of EMR/EHR and medical billing systems.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications: Up to 2 years of experience preferred (females encouraged to apply) with excellent English communication skills.
Location: DHA Lahore, Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM, Full-time.
Salary: Rs 80,00.00 – Rs 1,00,00.00 per month.
