Job Description
Vivo Pakistan is excited to announce openings for passionate individuals to fill the role of Call Centre Officer. We have three positions available at our Head Office located in Gulberg II, Lahore.
This is a full-time, on-site position with morning shift hours.
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service proficiency
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment
Experience with live chat operations and hotline calls is highly desirable. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work on weekends.
Office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with rotational weekly off days. The starting salary for this position is Rs50,00.00 per month.
