Job Description
Diginet Global (Pvt) Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Manager to lead two content teams, each consisting of three members. This role entails ensuring daily objectives are met, maintaining brand consistency, and monitoring performance metrics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Review and approve all content prior to publication.
- Uphold high creative standards across all social media posts.
- Track team performance using Airtable.
- Identify and promote high-performing content for reuse.
- Provide guidance on SOPs and address team challenges.
- Report weekly performance metrics to the Project Manager.
- Ensure content aligns with platform objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
