Job Description
PromoGen is searching for a skilled Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to support our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, basic automotive knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems. We invite qualified individuals to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide service information, pricing estimates, and assist with bookings.
- Familiarize yourself with vehicle types for accurate pricing.
- Manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional representation of the brand.
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
