Job Description
EpazzTech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Johar Town, Lahore. This position is essential for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of HR functions, including recruitment, management of employee records, onboarding, and compliance with relevant regulations.
The key responsibilities of this role include assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required (an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred), along with at least one year of HR support experience. Candidates should possess basic HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
