Job Description

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience managing digital education projects, along with expertise in blended learning content creation and deployment. Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team comprised of designers and engineers are essential.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee the digital studio setup and team operations, plan and implement production workflows for training videos, ensure that content aligns with educational goals, and lead internal capacity-building initiatives for staff.
