Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly qualified General Manager of Factory Operations. Ideal candidates should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG or food industry. Experience in managerial roles covering production, engineering, and supply chain management is essential.
Key responsibilities include managing production processes, overseeing engineering maintenance, and ensuring the efficiency of supply chain operations and inventory management. Candidates should demonstrate a history of meeting local and export order targets, along with strong professional references.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person; candidates must be able to commute to the SITE Area.
