Job Description
S Ventures is actively seeking a meticulous and well-organized Assistant to the CEO. This critical role includes reporting directly to senior management and performing essential administrative and secretarial tasks. Responsibilities encompass typing, formatting, and editing various reports, documents, and presentations to ensure high-quality outputs.
Key duties include data entry, database management, and overseeing both internal and external correspondence for senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and coordinating travel arrangements.
This is a full-time position based in Islamabad, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or be open to relocation.
