Job Description
ibex is seeking a dedicated full-time International Customer Service Specialist to join our Karachi Division. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in providing outstanding customer support while fostering a positive customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering unparalleled service.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service and support skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Job Details: This contract role is for six months with a monthly salary between Rs90,00.00 and Rs115,00.00. Evening and night shifts are required.
