Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and skilled Female Customer Representative Supervisor to lead our dedicated customer support team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities in both English and the local language, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and have a talent for resolving problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise customer support staff.
- Ensure client conversion goals are achieved.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
