Job Description
Swismax Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies.
Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, conducting employee onboarding, nurturing a positive work environment, resolving employee relations issues, and administering compensation and benefits programs.
This position is full-time, contract-based for 12 months, with a salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. Female candidates are preferred.
Requirements
